[NPInfo] NP salaries

As a nurse I made over 100K last year. And my healthcare costs were less
than the $600/month I was paying, I have a pension plan and I was able to
take vacations. I volunteer as an NP to keep my license active and if
anyone can meet my present salary I work for them but no one has!

I know there has been threads no NP salaries before, but I wanted to share

that I have started to share NP salaries with recruiters, etc., & received

this nice email this evening. We have county positions here that remain
unfilled
because they still want to pay us in the $50'sK to practice medicine, be
on
call, etc., while RN's, especially per diem & agency RN's, are making
more
  than NP's.
