[NPInfo] Reusing syringes with multi-dose vials

As one who's taught nursing skills for more years that I care to  admit...in 
addition to all else I do...
This  is hard to believe... has happened  on long island also...
 
WHAT are they thinking?
 
Guess its prime example of being "trained" and  not "educated"... Who knows?
