according to the pharmacist I spoke with...the clerk was NOT new...and should have known better...
   
  perhaps in your case you BOTH are members....I am the only one here...so pharmacist guessed that was the misconception...believe me...it will never happen again (to me I mean)...
   
   
  when I calll to refill his scripts I will insist they make a note in the computer that he..the non member..will be picking up...
