I have used the very first Costco in Issaquah for 8 years now both as a  
patient and as a prescriber and I have never had an issue or had a patient  
complain of anything.
I am able to get medications for the office at a much lower cost than the  
suppliers on most occasions and their prices beat any other pharmacy in the area 
 on most prescriptions.  They have never treated me different as an  NP.  So 
at least at this Costco and those in the surrounding area I give my  Kudos for 
being a great resource!!

pharmacist guessed that  was the misconception...believe me...it will never 
happen again (to me I  mean)...


when I call to refill his  scripts I will insist they make a note in the 
computer that he..the non  member..will be picking up...

we shall see  ...eh??
