I had a "discussion" one night with a pharmacist about this when I was
calling in a Rx. The Pharmacist refused to fill it until I gave the
collaborating physician name. She said it was for "tracking" purposes. I
wonder which prescriber name was typed on that label. I find that it's
easier to leave a message with my ARNP license number than to actually speak
with someone. How sad. AND still no DEA numbers.
