[NPInfo] Cute thing that happened today

After a shift of convenient care today, I rushed to fill up my gas  tank.  
Prices were rising by the hour in our town and I had an empty  tank.
 
While filing my tank, a young gal chatted with me about gas prices.  I  
finished up, she was going in to the station to pay her bill.  All of a  sudden, 
she turns around, runs up to me and says, "You're a PA aren't  you?"
 
I said "I'm a nurse practitioner" thinking I had seen her  before.  She then 
says, "I could tell by your license plate".  Okay,  but my license plate 
doesn't say that....but she was so happy to talk to me  and tell me she was 
applying to PA schools and was so excited.  
 
As I was leaving, it clicked....my license plate says "FOR  OPA".   Opa means 
grandfather in German (my grandfather willed  me, a poor college student, his 
car when he passed away and my license  plate is in memory of him).  So, in 
all her joy of applying to PA school,  this gal could only focus on the PA 
part....
 
I have to smile, her joy was so obvious.  I told her she was going  into a 
great profession...
