[NPInfo] FNP cert

And at work, we're RNPs (registered nurse practitioners). I'm so confused I
think I'll just start signing with an "X".

It appears to be 'FNP-BC', but the first sentence in the second paragraph
'to decrease conflict with state boards of nursing and their future intent
to use APRN as the official legal title for advanced practice nurses' left
me confused.  Then there is the whole part about whether your are signing a
legal document (where you would use your state's licensing designation) vs
letterheads, etc (at which time you are able to use the ANCC designation).
I received something awhile back indicating that Blue Cross Blue Shield of
Michigan wanted us to use CNP for their purposes.
