[PrvPracNP] Credentialing with insurance

Hello,
   
  I am a CNS & CRNP in Pennsylvania and have my own practice doing psychotherapy.  I have contacted several insurance companies (Aetna, Cigna) to name a few and they are unwilling to take me on to their panel because I am a sole proprieter or don't have a collaborating MD.  This is not a state requirement, but an insurance requirement.  
   
  Does anyone have this same experience and know of anyway around this obstacle.  Please note that I am credentialing with both of these insurances in two other practices where I work separately part time doing prescribing work with a collaborating doc.  Thanks.
