[PrvPracNP] Independent Contractors

I am closing a private practice and going to work as an independent contractor in a MD owned clinic. I plan to give him a percentage of what I collect from billing, not what is billed. I also am curious about how I get paid for seeing his pts and vise versa. I would like to ask others out there that are doing the same thing what are your experiences and how did you write up your contract. Any info you can give would be greatly appreciated.
