Well hi there, I didn't realize this list was still being used till  
this posting. I am a Private Psych NP in now central and south  
Florida. (I have more than 1 office) Just curious from others and  
yourself as to the fee the psychiatrist are getting for collaboration  
around the country. I know here it varies from nothing to 1000.00 a  
month. Just wondering if its the same up North? I don't know if there  
is some magic formula or guideline for this piece of private practice  
they don't teach you in school.

I work in mental health rehabilitation and recovery in Australia and I am
just starting out on the path to become an NP .... its still a fairly new
scope of pracitce here though we have been talking about it for some time
now. I believe that there are currently about 7 mental health NP's  in my
state.
I live and work in Sydney, New South Wales
