Because of this I am asking about our balloon policy. She is a student who will carry an inhaler, and epi-pen, but when she inhales the latex vapors, her airway closes. At OV they made the decision that balloons would not be delivered nor permitted in the classrooms (hallway and classroom distraction eliminated). Those students receiving balloons at school could p/u after school to take home. The school ultimately, directed that no balloons be delivered to the students at school. Your thoughts. Many of you have responded with concern about confidentiality and others with multiple helpful suggestions.
