Happy New Year SNOW Colleagues!

                

If you would please take a couple of minutes to answer my following
questions, I would appreciate it:

 

1.       How many of you have School Health Advisory Boards in your
school districts? 

2.       How long have they been in existence?

3.       Who serves on your Sch. Health Adv. Bd?  (Nurses, school
admin., local physicians, etc.)

4.       What kinds of issues/concerns does your  Adv. Bd. address?
