Supervising Nurse Practitioner

The Supervising Nurse Practitioner in the Diagnostic Bone Marrow 
Clinic works in the
outpatient clinical setting as a member of the health care team, 
actively affecting quality
patient care. The manager's major responsibility is directing the 
daily operations of the
Diagnostic Bone Marrow Clinic. These responsibilities include all 
operational, clinical, and
administrative components. Individual works in a collaborative 
relationship with physicians
and nurses of the Division of Hematology and Oncology to coordinate 
clinical care, as well as
all activities of the Diagnostic Bone Marrow Clinic.

Nurse Practitioner certification and CPR certification required, ACLS 
preferred. Also requires
successful completion of graduate level program for Nurse 
Practitioner and two years of
experience as a Nurse Practitioner. Experience in an ambulatory 
oncology setting preferred.
