Field Training Manager - Regional

and we are currently
looking for a Staffing Manager to attract and retain the best and 
most qualified candidates for
available positions in an assigned region.

Essential Accountabilities:
* Coordinate the delivery of new employee training with the Manager, 
Operations and Training
Coordinator. * Conducts both clinical and organization training in 
group settings.
* Trains Clinical Coaches in order to meet new market training demands.
* Works closely with corporate education team to provide clinical 
content for training materials.
* Provides input on new curriculum and content as requested.
* Identifies content improvement or gaps for Corporate Education team.
* In conjunction with other internal resources, delivers/facilitates 
the Manager, Operations
training as we hire new managers in new markets.
* Works closely with Managers, Operations to ensure understanding of content.
* Provides input to curriculum and specific modules on a clinical and 
organization level.
* Working with the Education team, determine most efficient way to 
deliver training to the field.
* Coordinate training and measure compliance.
* Provide coaching and consultation regarding operational 
effectiveness to managers and
directors within assigned areas.

Requirements:
* Masters degree in Nursing required.
* A minimum of 5 years experience in training, managing or 
supervising a team and/or
demonstrated leadership capability.
* Excellent communication, presentation and organization skills are required.
* Ability to work independently in a fast paced, geographical 
dispersed organization.
* Knowledge of adult learning techniques, clinical practices and 
clinic operations is required.
* Knowledge of Microsoft products is required.
* FNP certification required.
* Will require at least 60% travel within assigned territory and 
remaining time work from remote
home office.
* Territory includes Northeast and Midwest regions.
