Position: Full-time and Part-time Nurse Practitioners

Location: Phoenix, AZ and surrounding areas

Job Description:
* Autonomous practice
* Provide comprehensive healthcare
* Perform complete history, physical exam and assessment of patients
* Provide for follow-up assessment of the therapeutic response to the 
plan of care
* Select, order, and perform tests and procedures to augment physical findings
* Interpret data and diagnostic tests for appropriate course of action
* Formulation of nursing and/or medical diagnoses
* Develop and manage a health maintenance plan, including health 
education appropriate to
the patient
* Utilize appropriate pharmacological agents in the treatment of 
illness in accordance with the
rules regarding prescriptive authority recognition as outlined by the 
State Board of Nursing
* Arrange referrals as needed to other members of the healthcare team
* Accurately document care provided
* Serves as educator, counselor, advocate, and resource person to patients
* Maintain competency in procedures and current certification through 
continuing education
* Use evidenced based practice as a basis for practice

Minimum Requirements:
* Master's degree in nursing
* Completion of ANA accredited Nurse Practitioner Program
* Current License in the State of work
* Nurse Practitioner Recognition by the State Board of Nursing
* Certification in Basic Life Support
* Prescriptive Authority
* DEA License
* Nurse Practitioner Certification
