to manage a team of Nurse Practitioners who
provide primary care to our members in long-term 
care facilities. In this key role, you would
enjoy the chance to be involved in both the 
business and clinical aspects of Evercare. If you are

Primary responsibilities include:
* Performing day-to-day supervision of Nurse 
Practitioners, both onsite and remotely (from the
office)
* Supervising, mentoring, guiding and directing 
the NP's activities to cost-effectively manage the
delivery of care to frail elderly members while meeting
business and budget targets
* Meeting with senior management regarding budget and business goal attainment
* Interacting with providers at long-term care 
facilities to recruit and retain new members

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will be a graduate from an 
approved Nurse Practitioner program, and
possess national certification (Adult, Family, or 
Gerontology). Must have a strong knowledge of
long-term care environments and demonstrated 
skills working with and caring for a geriatric
population. Previous clinical experience as a 
Nurse Practitioner is required, preferably with a
geriatric population. Some leadership or 
supervisory experience is highly preferred.
