St. Joseph’s Community Health Services, a health 
care system that includes a critical access
hospital, nursing home, and primary care clinics, 
seeks a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner
to join our medical staff. We are located in the 
beautiful, rural hill country of Southwestern
Wisconsin.

This position will work within our family clinic 
setting and care for a full spectrum of patients
including pediatric, adult and geriatric. Hours 
will be Monday – Friday from 8am-5pm.
Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner 
program and current WI licensure/
certification are required.
