Primary Care Provider
F/T at Basin Clinic in Naturita, CO

Seeking a Nurse Practitioner to work with Clinic 
Director in providing primary care and urgent
care. Will perform patient assessments within the 
scope of practice, educate patients about
preventive medicine issues, and is a resource 
person to staff. Must be certified in the State of
CO with training and experience from an accredited program.
