Offices are located in the San Fernando, Santa Clarita and San 
Gabriel Valleys.

Facey prides itself on the delivery of comprehensive quality care 
services. Facey's physician
services are a mix of primary and specialty care. Ancillary and 
support services include
Laboratory, Radiology, Optometry and Physical Therapy.

We are currently seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner for our 
Valencia facility located in the
Santa Clarita Valley.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the supervision of and in collaboration with qualified 
physicians, provides direct and
indirect patient care services under written and approved 
standardized protocols and
procedures.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor's required, Master's preferred. Must be National Certified 
or eligible for National
Certification within area of appropriate specialty; successful 
completion of a Nurse Practitioner
training program and certification by the State Board of Registered 
Nursing; current Nurse
Practitioner license and Furnishing Number to practice nursing in 
this state; current BLS for
Health Care Providers. Experience in Internal Medicine and/or Family 
Practice required.
* RNP qualifications are as follows:
* Candidate must posses National Certificate or be eligible for exam
* If eligible for exam, candidate must present scheduled date to sit for exam
* If hired, RNP must take exam within 6 months of hire date
* RNP must successfully pass exam within 12 months of hire date
