Seeking a full-time and PRN Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistants 
to work at Employee
Health Center in Lebanon, OR located 85 miles south of Portland. 
Lebanon is a growing,
vibrant city that offers its citizens a variety of cultural and 
sports activities, yet still maintains a
small town, neighborly atmosphere.

Responsible for urgent primary care, in-house emergencies, disease 
management and
wellness education for the employees, will provide acute care 
treatment and occupational/
non-occupational health treatment for illnesses/ injuries, bilingual 
candidates preferred.

Requirements include 3-5 yrs. experience in a primary care or 
occupational health setting.
Flexibility, good inter-personal skills and the ability to work 
independently needed. Broad
spectrum of on-site occupational health, primary care, disease 
management, pharmacy, and
wellness services. Salary 85-90K/year, full benefits, 401K.
