Nurse Practitioner/Physician's Assistant ENT/Allergy Clinic
Facility: Peninsula Medical Center

Hours: Full Time – Monday-Friday

Ear, Nose, Throat, Allergy and Audiology Clinic 
located in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.

Job Description:
* Obtains medical history and performs physical 
exam, compiles medical assessment and
determines diagnosis.
* Prescribes medication and therapies as appropriate.
* Consults with physician as needed.
* Performs routine ENT and Allergy patient exams and makes recommendations for
treatment.
* Work with team of 10 Registered Nurses to 
manage and coordinate the care of ENT/Allergy
patients.
* Dictating medical and nursing care plan and maintaining records.
* Provides patient, family and staff education as needed.

Qualifications:
* Masters of Science in Nursing with License to 
practice as a Nurse Practitioner in the State
of Michigan with prescriptive authority.
* Two years of previous experience as Nurse Practitioner.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Proven organization skills and ability to 
organize and prioritize effectively.
