Berryville Psychiatric Residential Treatment Center - Berryville, Virginia

For 50 years, Grafton has been the provider of choice in the 
Mid-Atlantic region for children
with complex developmental disabilities and co-existing psychiatric 
conditions. The Berryville
Psychiatric Residential Treatment Center, located in the beautiful 
Shenandoah Valley, is an
88 bed CARF accredited facility. This program specializes in 
providing therapeutic treatment
to children and young adults who have developmental disabilities and 
co-existing psychiatric
conditions. The Nurse Administrator of Medical/Psychiatric Services 
is responsible for
managing and supervising functions of nursing/medical services at the 
Berryville Psychiatric
Residential Treatment Center on a 24-hour basis in order to ensure 
effective delivery of
nursing services and compliance with administrative and clinical 
policies and procedures.

Requirements:
* Bachelors or Masters in Nursing with licensure as a Registered 
Nurse, Psychiatric Nursing
Experience required. With 5 years leadership experience in a 
psychiatric setting.
* Experience developing procedures, hiring, staff development, 
coordinating activities of
physicians and physician extenders.
