opportunity for an
experienced Nurse Practitioner. This position is based in the 
Cardiology Department of a
Geriatric Clinic located at the Peoria Campus of the Arizona Medical 
Clinic. This beautiful
facility provides primary care and specialty services as well as Lab, 
Radiology and a new
Women's Center for Mammography.

The Nurse Practitioner is responsible for providing quality 
healthcare services in the clinic. In
addition to the primary emphasis on care of the patient, the Nurse 
Practitioner's duties will
also include, but are not limited to, providing patient assessments 
through patient exams,
patient medical history, interpretation of required diagnostic 
procedures and developing/
implementing treatment and management plans of the outpatients under 
the direction of the
Medical Director. This position requires working closely with 
physicians, nurses, and other
clinic staff.

Requirements:
* Current Arizona RN license
* Current Nurse Practitioner with certification in specialty area in 
the state of practice
* Skill level typically achieved with 3-5 years of clinical expertise 
working with this specific
patient population
* Demonstrates or will acquire proficiency in computer usage, i.e. 
word processing, charting,
data analysis and literature searches
* Requires ability to communicate effectively with others
* Exhibits a high degree of professional demeanor and interpersonal 
relationship skills
