Full-time $66,264.43

Responsible for the provision of primary medical care to health 
center patients.

Minimum Qualifications: Licensed and certified in Arizona as a 
registered nurse, current
certification in appropriate nurse practitioner specialty, 
prescribing privileges or Licensed and
certified in Arizona as a physician assistant whose scope of practice 
includes family practice
and maintains current credentials through National Commission on 
Certification of Physician
Assistants (NCCPA). DEA certificate.

Preferences: Two (2) years experience working as a health care 
practitioner in the outpatient
setting preferred. Bilingual in Spanish
