Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

The Cardio Vascular Institute of North Colorado 
offers the area’s most advanced heart care –
from state-of-the-art diagnostic imaging to 
leading edge open heart surgery. The Cardio
Vascular Institute of North Colorado and North 
Colorado Medical Center was named by
Thomson Top Hospitals as one of the nation’s best 
for cardiovascular care in 2007. This is a
full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician 
Assistant opportunity; 40 hours per week, work either
8-hr or 10-hr shifts 5 or 4 days per week Monday – Friday.

The NP or PA will provide consults, follow-up and 
limited diagnostic services to North
Colorado Medical Center, Banner Health’s 
Magnet-status flaghip hospital in Greeley,
Colorado, 50 miles north of Denver along the 
Front Range of the spectacular Rocky Mountains.

Required:
* Credentials as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
*Possess a broad range of outpatient clinic, 
patient assessment, intervention and treatment
skills.
* Ability to manage the care of adult patients 
requiring ongoing care in the outpatient clinic
setting.

Preferred:
* Clinical knowledge in the diagnosis and 
treatment of cardiovascular disease through the
use of diagnostic equipment and physical examination.
* Ability to interpret cardiac rhythms through 
diagnostic testing (EKG, holter, event, ETT).
