large general acute care
hospital working along side a well respected physiatrist. DOT 
physicals, trigger point
injections Work related Injury, Health Risk appraisals etc. Mon-Fri 
8:00am-5:00pm. No
weekends or call. Salary range 90-100K, medical, dental, 401K and 
relocation package.
