The Nurse Practitioner is responsible for providing competent medical 
care in the Family or
Internal Medicine Practice in accordance with the professional scope 
of practice and current
State of Oregon regulatory statutes, will function in the clinic with 
responsibilities to evaluate
and treating patients.

Required: Current Oregon licensure as a Nurse Practitioner with 
prescriptive privileges and
BLS. Master of Science Degree with a Nursing major from an accredited 
program and
successful completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program. 
Minimum 3 years Nurse
Practitioner experience in family practice. Must have current ACLS 
certification, or obtained
within six months of hire, PALS and TNCC/ATLS within six month's of hire.

Preferred: Urgent care experience strongly preferred. Exceptional 
communication skills.
