Snohomish County - ARNP, Geriatric

"Home" Visit NP practice seeking experienced Geriatric or Adult NP. 
We provide primary care
services to patients living in adult family homes, assisted living 
facilities, dementia units and
private homes. We support the philosophy that the frail elders of our 
community deserve the
opportunity to remain in their homes and that physical and mental 
disability should not isolate
them from good primary care services. Candidates should be 
experienced and competent in
managing patients with multiple chronic illnesses. Strong internal 
medicine experience
expected. Prior experience with SNF, home care, palliative and/or 
hospice care helpful. Must
be eligible for licensure in WA State. We provide a base pay 
dependent on experience plus a
% of productivity. Health Benefit package included. Candidate 
responsible for transportation.

Schedule offers flexibility with the expectation of 30 hours/week, 
Thurs, Friday and Saturday
initially with the opportunity for fulltime. Some on call included.
