Family Nurse Practitioner - Family Practice - Western, Oregon

We are seeking an experienced Oregon licensed Family Nurse 
Practitioner interested in joining
a patient centered clinic that seeks to improve primary care delivery 
utilizing a team-based
approach and actively engaging the patient in managing his or her 
care. The ideal candidate
would have one year experience working independently and must have an 
active DEA and
AANC/ACNP Certified. The clinic hours are Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm with 
no weekends or call
responsibilities and a physician on-site. The estimated patient 
volume would be 25 patients per
day. Salary range from $85,000 to $95,000 (D.O.E.) with a 
comprehensive benefits package
including medical, dental, vision, 401K and full relocation and 
sign-on bonus for the right
candidate. Great opportunity in a desirable location
