Family Nurse Practitioner - Family Practice (Community Based Retail 
Clinic) - Western, Oregon

We are seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner for an urgent 
care setting in a retail
clinic affiliated with an Integrated Delivery Network. The FNP will 
provide care assessment and
treatment of both acute conditions as well as screening and wellness 
exams to meet community
need and accessibility. Estimated patient volume ranges from 20-25 
patients per day and there
is a physician on-site. Standard clinic hours are Mon-Fri 
8:00am-5:00pm with no weekends or
call. The ideal candidate would have two years experience working in 
a retail clinic setting,
although new/recent graduates would be considered with an Oregon 
license and AANC/ACNP
Certified. Salary range from $80,000-95,000 (D.O.E) full benefits 
package including medical,
dental, vision, 401K, full relocation and sign-on bonus for the right
