The Center for Reproductive Medicine (CRM 
ORLANDO), a multi-site, multi-physician fertility
center located in Orlando, Florida has an 
exciting opportunity for an experienced Nurse
Practitioner.

Reporting to the Clinical Operations Manager, the 
Nurse practitioner will work collaboratively
with the donor program, nursing, and medical 
staff to ensure that infertility patients receive the
highest level of health promotion and 
maintenance, disease prevention, physical and
psychosocial assessments, and management of 
health and illness related to infertility.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

* Maintain a customer service oriented environment
* Provide a safe environment for staff and patients
* Operate in a cost effective manner
* Participate in quality assessment and improvement
* Comply with applicable regulations, policies, and standards
* Demonstrates a commitment to teamwork
* Assumes responsibility for self development

Successful candidates for the position must 
possess a highly developed combination of
personal and professional attributes, including 
demonstrated skills in working in collaborative
teams. Candidates will be prepared to, through 
education and experience, perform a variety of
functions which overlap the practice of medicine.

Additional qualifications required for the position include:

* Master of Science in Nursing and state 
licensure in Florida as a Nurse Practitioner
* Demonstrated experience in a medical office 
practice required, women’s health or OB/GYN
strongly preferred
* Current CPR certification required
* Ability to access, input, and retrieve information from a computer
* Knowledge of office procedures and office 
machines (i.e. – computer, fax, copier, etc.)
* Ability to work as part of a multi disciplinary team
* Ability to communicate accurately and concisely
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Demonstrated expertise in continuous quality 
improvement, customer service, and team
building
