Rural Health Clinic - Family Nurse Practitioner - Central Kentucky

We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner for a Rural Health Clinic 
in Central Kentucky. The
Clinic Administrator would prefer a Nurse Practitioner with 
experience in Rural Health but would
consider a recent graduate with a strong RN background. The clinic 
hours are Mon-Fri 8:00am-
4:30pm. The clinic averages approximately 180 patients per day and 
they have several
physicians and NPs on site. The Nurse Practitioner would see an 
estimated volume of
approximately 25 patients per day and the patient mix would range 
from pediatrics to geriatrics
with minor acute and chronic conditions such as diabetes, 
hypertension etc. This location
qualifies for Loan Repayment with a high HPSA score. The base salary 
starts at $75,000-$80,000
plus incentives and full benefits package. Sign-On Bonus and 
Relocation Package negotiable for
