Express Care / Urgent Care - Family Nurse Practitioner - Southern 
Illinois (Experienced
Providers Only)

We are seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner for a brand 
new Express Care Clinic
affiliated with a well respected general acute care hospital in 
Illinois. The schedule would be
8am-8pm (3X12 hour shifts) with occasional weekends. The clinic 
volume would be 20-25
patients per day and the provider would see mostly acute illnesses 
with a patient mix of
pediatrics to geriatrics. The chronic conditions are then referred 
back to the primary care
physicians. This is a salaried position and the range is $75,000 plus 
bonus incentives based
on productivity. All of the providers hit their bonuses in 2008-2009 
so it is very obtainable. In
addition to the compensation package the provider would have a 
generous benefits package
including medical, dental, 401K with match. There would be a $5,000 
Sign-On Bonus and
Relocation Package for the right candidate. The Provider would also 
receive guaranteed loan
repayment assistance through the hospital for a 3 year commitment.
