Rural Health Clinic - Family Nurse Practitioner - Coastal Alaska

We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner for a Rural Health Clinic 
in Coastal Alaska. The
Medical Director would prefer someone with experience but would 
consider a new or recent
graduate with a very strong RN or EMT background. The clinic hours 
are Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:00pm
with an estimated patient volume of 20 per day. The provider must be 
able to function
autonomously with a physician back-up available via phone, but 
located within the community.
The responsibilities would include (80% clinical and 20% 
administrative work) The NP would
assess patients, order / interpret diagnostic tests, develop 
treatment plan and evaluate care and
collaborate with physicians and other providers / specialists when 
needed. The provider would
oversee the pharmacy and CLIA waived Labs, prepare staff schedules, 
act as the CHA Program
Supervisor and on-site trainer and act as a liaison with the local 
tribal government. Base salary
starting at $96,000-$103,000+ (D.O.E) with a $5,000 Sign-On Bonus and 
full relocation package!
