Family Practice/Primary Care NP/PA needed near Phoenix, Arizona for a 
locums position
ASAP & ongoing

Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
40 hrs per week
Correctional facility, patient volume 15-20 daily
Duties include: intake, physicals, some suturing, med checks
Chronic pain issues are handled by the physician
Malpractice and mileage provided
MD, RN, and 3-4 LPN(s) on staff daily
Occasional call during the week
AZ license & DEA required
