Family Practice NP needed near Chicago, Illinois for a locums position
***MULTIPLE POSITIONS AVAILABLE***
ASAP & ongoing

Monday-Thursday, 12pm-8pm
Graduate of accredited advanced practice program with certification as FNP
Greater than 1 year Primary Care experience for men, women and children
Patients include all ages in need of routine preventive, acute & 
chronic disease health services
Duties include: perform physical exams, provide medical evaluation 
education & management
Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred
Lodging, mileage & malpractice provided
IL license & DEA required
