A WELL KNOWN HOSPITAL WITH A 40-BED LEVEL III NICU needs an 
experienced NNP to work
24-hour (or 12-hour) shifts, with 50% nights. The hospital has a 
delivery service; the NNPs
manage the babies from admission to discharge. As a result they feel 
they really get to know the
families well. There is also very professional collaboration between 
the NNPs, OB and NICU
staff nurses and the Neonatologists. All subspecialties are 
represented in the hospital including
open heart surgery. The NNPs manage the babies, attend high-risk 
deliveries, and provide staff
service. They can also participate in outreach if they are 
interested. There are no residents in the
unit. There is no transport responsibility. EXPERIENCED MSN 
CANDIDATES ONLY PLEASE.
The salary is based upon NNP experience and a relocation allowance is 
included in the hospital
benefits package.
