Community Based Family Practice Clinic –Family 
Nurse Practitioner – Greater Conroe Texas!
(Loan Repayment)

We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to 
join a well respected Community based clinic in
the greater Conroe, Texas area. The clinic hours 
are Mon-Sun 10:00am-8:00pm and the
Provider would work 4X10 hour shifts with 
occasional weekends. The patient and payor mix is
diverse and predominately consists of Medicaid 
and Indigent Care with patients often
presenting with chronic medical problems 
including Diabetes, Hypertension, Substance Abuse
etc. The ideal candidate would be an experienced 
provider with Medical Spanish (although new
graduates with a strong background as an RN or 
EMT would be considered). Competitive
compensation package with a base salary of 
$80,000-$100,000 (Depending Upon Experience)
as well as a full benefits package including 
Medical, Dental, 403B , Malpractice Coverage, and
all dues fees and licensure paid. Sign-on bonus 
and relocation package negotiable for the right
candidate. This location may qualify for loan
