Nurse Practitioner and PAs

FT/PT/PRN needed for project that has been in place for over 2 years 
and is in need of more
mid-level providers. Providers are needed in the areas/regions of 
Birmingham, Mobile and
Montgomery, Alabama for chronic disease management evaluations being 
conducted for major
insurance companies. Mid-level Providers are compensated $60-$70 per 
visit as well as per
diem reimbursements are available for providers traveling to much 
needed areas outside of
their home cities >60 miles (gas, mileage). Medical malpractice 
provided through our company.

Can schedule own hours: week days or weekends, weekends not required. 
No call or evening
hours.  Visits completed during 8am-8pm.  VERY flexible w/ schedules.
