Clinic – Nurse Practitioner or Physician
Assistant – Central Texas

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician 
Assistant to join an Anticoagulation Warfarin
(Jantoven/Coumadin) Clinic in Central Texas. The 
Clinic hours are Mon-Fri 8:30am – 5:00pm
with Physicians on-site. The Provider would 
provide medical management, monitoring and
education to patients taking this drug. Base 
salary range of $80,000-$95,000+ (Depending
Upon Experience) with full benefits including 
Medical, Dental, 401K with Match, Malpractice
Coverage, 3 weeks of vacation, 1 week paid CME 
with a $2,500 CME allowance. $5,000
Sign-On Bonus and $5,000 Relocation Package 
negotiable for the right candidate. Great
