$5,000 Sign-On Bonus! Certified Nurse Midwife – 
Oklahoma (Experienced Providers Only)

We are seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife to join 
a well respected hospital based OB/GYN
practice. The CNM will be working both in a 
clinic and in-patient setting providing obstetrical,
gynecological care, and delivering low risk 
pregnancies. Some light call involved and traded
with the OB/GYN Physician. This opportunity 
offers a competitive compensation package
including a base salary of $90,000-100,000+ 
(Depending Upon Experience), incentive bonus
with a comprehensive benefits package including 
Medical, Dental, 401K with match, 5 days
CME, $2,500 CME allowance, and Malpractice 
coverage. Sign-on Bonus and Full Relocation
package negotiable for the right candidate. Great
