Occupational Medicine Nurse Practitioner– Greater 
Cedar Rapids, IA (Experienced Providers
Only)

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join a 
well respected general acute care hospital in the
greater Cedar Rapids area. The Provider would be 
provide clinical support including DOT
physicals, Wellness Programs, and Work Related 
Injuries. The clinic hours are Mon-Fri 8:00am-
5:00pm with no weekends or call. There are three 
Physicians and one Provider working in the
clinic. The compensation is negotiable for the 
right candidate (Depending Upon Experience)
but ranges from $85,000-$100,000+ and the 
hospital offers a competitive benefits package
including Medical, Dental, 401K. Sign-on Bonus 
and Relocation package negotiable for the
