JOB DESCRIPTION
The Hospitalist RN is responsible for deliver of 
Sound’s clinical operational models within our
partner hospitals. The Hospitalist RN works 
closely with our physician team and hospital
departments. This is strictly an administrative 
role with little to no patient care responsibilities.

This position is for daytime hours Monday through Friday.

Requirements
The position requires critical care experience 
and case management knowledge. Qualified
applicants will have strong thinking and 
communication skills, ability to manage multiple
priorities, and an aptitude for continuous 
learning in the evolving profession of Hospitalist RN.

Qualifications
– Minimum RN; BSN preferred
– Required 3-5 years inpatient nursing experience
– At least 2 years in a critical care setting 
with exposure to electronic medical systems
– Strong knowledge of case management and utilization review

Annual salary of $75,000 - $85,000, depending on 
experience; salary well above local and
national average. Benefits include Medical, 
Dental, Vision, 401(k), and Paid Time Off.
