We are seeking an experienced Pain Management Nurse Practitioner or 
Physician
Assistant to join a well respected hospital in their Palliative Care 
Team. The
Physician Group is looking to expand their program by incorporating 
their first Nurse
Practitioner or Physician Assistant to assist them in their 
interdisciplinary approach
to palliative and end of life care . The Provider must have experience in an
in-patient pain management setting managing chronic pain with a variety of
Oncology and Hospice patients. Base Salary of $100,000+ (Depending Upon
Experience), $5,000 Sign-on Bonus and $5,000 Relocation package. Excellent
benefits package including Medical, Dental, 401K with match, Flexible 
Spending
Account, LTD, STD, Malpractice Coverage, CME Package and All Dues, Fees,
