$5,000 Sign-On Bonus –Hospitalist / Emergency 
Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician
Assistant (Float Position) – Southern Kentucky

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician 
Assistant to join a well respected hospital in
Southern, Kentucky. The Provider will function as 
a floater with the other Nurse Practitioners and
Physician Assistants and rotate coverage in the 
Family Practice Clinic, Emergency Department
and Hospitalist Service. The clinic hours are 
Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:00pm with no weekends or call.
The estimated volume would be 20 patients per day 
and there is a physician on-site during
clinic hours. The Emergency Department has 
approximately 20,000 patient encounters annually
and there are physicians on-site while the 
Provider would be working as well. When functioning
as a Hospitalist, the Provider would be working 
with the hospitalist team comprised of Internist/
Critical Care Physicians and Nurse Practitioners. 
Salary Range negotiable depending upon
experience with an excellent benefits package!
