Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner – (New/Recent
Graduates Welcome) Greater Springfield, Missouri! 
Loan Repayment Eligible Site (NHSC)

We are seeking an Adult Psychiatric Nurse 
Practitioner to work in an outpatient clinic setting.
The Provider will work 50% of the time in an 
Adult Psychiatric Practice and the balance in an
Addiction Medicine Practice. They hospital has a 
great management team in place that truly
values their providers and the psychiatrists 
enjoy training and mentoring. The clinic hours are
Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:00pm or the Provider can choose 
to work 4X10 hour shifts Mon-Thurs. No call
or Weekends. The Provider would be responsible 
for Intake, New Patient Evaluations,
Medication Management and Therapy. The Nurse 
Practitioner would work collaboratively with 1
Psychiatrist, 1 LPN, 1 Social Worker and 1 LPC on 
site. The Provider would see a diverse
patient population and payor mix. Compensation 
would range from $85,000-$95,000+ (D.O.E)
with a comprehensive benefits package including 4 
weeks of vacation, malpractice coverage,
health insurance, retirement, and 1 week paid CME 
with a $2,500 CME allowance. $5,000
relocation allowance and $10,000 Sign-On Bonus! 
This location may qualify for loan repayment
