with Obstetrics Nurse Practitioner FNP,
CNM – Colorado (Qualifies for Federal Loan Repayment through the NHSC)!

We are seeking a FNP/CNM to be employed with a 
well respected critical access hospital in
Colorado. The Nurse Practitioner would provide 
family practice and obstetrics healthcare
services in collaboration with the Physicians and 
other Providers. The Provider would see
approximately 20 patients per day in the clinic 
with hospital call of 1:8 and OB call of 1:3 traded
with the other providers. The hospital conducts 
150 deliveries per year with about 50% of the
market share n the area, so there is a great 
opportunity to grow a community family practice
with OB. 24/7 staffed ER, Clinical Lab, X-Ray, 
Mamography, Dexascan, and Nuclear Medicine.
Excellent compensation range starting at $95-$100K plus incentive bonus plan.
Comprehensive benefits package including Health 
Insurance, Retirement Plan, PTO (Vacation/
Sick Leave), CME, CME Allowance, Loan Repayment 
Eligible Site through the NHSC. Sign-on
bonus and relocation package included for the
