*Urgent Care / Occupational Medicine (Western, Kansas) Loan Repayment
Eligible Site*

We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join a well respected 
Urgent Care /
Occupational Medicine Practice in Western Kansas. The Provider would work
8:30am-5:00pm Mon-Fri with an estimated volume of 20-25 patients per 
day. The
Provider would be seeing a variety of patients in an Urgent and 
Occupational
Medicine setting with good support staff and EMR. The Provider would be
managing work related injuries, conduct health risk appraisals, DOT 
physicals
and urgent care. The Provider would have a base salary of $100,000 plus 
a signing
bonus of $5,000 and performance bonus based on patient volume.
