Evening shift practice within a manufacturing plant medical clinic. Provide
comprehensive occupational and limited non-occupational medical services:

-Perform routine occupational medical examinations following client 
protocols.
-Counsel employees on work-related and non-work-related health behavior.
-Provide medical treatment of work-related illnesses and injuries.
-Provide triage and/or medical treatment of urgent-care-type 
non-work-related
illnesses and injuries.
-Comply with applicable regulations and vendor and client company 
policies and
procedures.
-Maintain patient confidentiality.
-Utilize an Electronic Medical Record.
-Work in a well-equipped, fully-staffed clinic with Disability 
Management and other
Occupational Medicine and Human Resources support.

Requirements:
-Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
-Two years previous experience in Occupational, Emergency, Ortho, 
Family, Internal
Medicine, Urgent Care, or General Practice. Independent practice experience
preferred.
-Current Washington Nurse Practitioner license.
-Current DEA certificate.

Hours: Initial training M-F day shift Following training, M-F evening 
shift. All major
holidays observed.

Salary: Competitive.
