Phoenix-based Neuro-Critical Care and Stroke practice seeking a 
Certified Acute
Care Nurse Practitioner.

*Willing to train a new graduate with acute care certification

General Summary: *
An exempt position responsible for providing clinical services, 
including assessing,
diagnosing, prescribing, treating, and educating patients. Works closely 
with
physicians and other clinicians in a collaborative approach to patient 
care.
*
Education: *
*BSN required, MSN preferred.
*Successful completion of advanced practitioner training and 
certification as a
practitioner from an acute care nurse practitioner program.
*
Experience: *
*Minimum three years of professional nursing experience in an 
in-hospital/ICU/
Emergency room setting.
*Neurosurgery or stroke experience preferred.
*
Other Requirements: *
*Current state registered nurse license.
*Current state license as an advanced registered nurse practitioner with
prescriptive authority.
*Current ACLS certification.
